Autodesk Docs FREE with the AEC Collection

Although Autodesk Docs is not free, it is included in AEC Collection licences. Users can therefore manage project data in a cloud-based environment. It can be utilised as an internal data storage system or a Common Data Environment (CDE).

Export PDF Markup Files (Autodesk Docs)

This is a long-awaited function added to Autodesk Docs in May 22.

Now, users of Autodesk Docs may export PDF files from their projects. Users can use this to bulk export numerous PDF files or even export individual PDF files. Members can also export the issues that are associated with those PDF files.

Mobile App Extended to Autodesk Docs and Autodesk BIM Collaborate

Customers with paid or trial access to Autodesk Docs, BIM Collaborate, and BIM Collaborate Pro can now use the PlanGrid Build mobile app.

The member list, issues list, markup files, files and directories are all accessible to users.

Members of BIM Collaborate and BIM Collaborate Pro get access to Meeting Minutes as well.
