Our support team have had a number of cases come in where Autodesk Construction Cloud Users were missing key features within the platform, such as being unable to access schedules and mark up tools.
This can be due to restrictive IT policies that cause these issues.
Below is a list of critical services used by ACC that are recommended to be whitelisted to prevent access problems. If you find you are not able to access certain features within the ACC, check with your IT department to make sure these services are whitelisted.
