Although AutoCAD Plant 3D is a mature product in the Autodesk portfolio, integrating it fully into an organisation’s workflow is still the biggest challenge Man and Machine see when talking to our customers. More often than not teams try to use it without a thorough adoption plan meaning it never really provides the value and true benefits it can offer. In our webinar on Thursday 27th January, Chris Downing not only showcased Plant 3D but was also joined by Nathan Brownsword as they discussed how to use this tool and more importantly how to implement it correctly first time around.
What was shown?
This webinar gave an overview of the basics of Plant 3D and took a detailed look at creating and editing P&ID’s, 3D models, extract piping orthographics as well as isometrics.
